Rich variety 1910 Ad Apple Adrian Hanauer Meadow Lake Orchard Trees - ORIGINAL HM1

This is an original 1910 black and white three-page print ad for the Hanauer-Graves Company and the Meadow Lake Orchard Company of Spokane, Washington. The ad writes, "There is no possible chance of the security itself ever diminishing in value, and every two years, after the orchard is in full bearing, your entire investment should be returned to you from your share of the annual earnings of the orchard." This 101+ year old Item is rated Very Fine +++. Light aging throughout. Small crease - top right corner. No natural defects. No tears. No water damage. There is some light bleed through visible on this ad. Page three has a moderate scuff in the top margin.
